¶ 1 HOOVER, P.J.

James Smith appeals a judgment of conviction for his failure to comply with the reporting requirements of Wisconsin's sex offender registry. Smith complains the registry scheme is unconstitutional as applied to him because the underlying crime of which he was convicted lacks a sexual element. We reject his challenges and affirm the judgment.
