Michael G. Mertes appeals from judgments of conviction for operating after revocation (OAR), first offense, and operating a motor vehicle with a detectable amount of a restricted controlled substance in his blood (OWRCS), fifth and subsequent offense. Mertes argues that the evidence at trial was insufficient to establish either that he had operated the vehicle or that he had operated the vehicle on a highway after the revocation of his driving...
