A jury found appellant, Raymond Sandoval Garcia, guilty of assault causing bodily injury, family violence. In two issues on appeal, appellant asserts (1) comments made by the trial court constituted reversible error, and (2) the trial court erred by failing to include a charge instruction for the jury to disregard any comment by the court that appeared to express an opinion with respect to any fact.
