Appellant Charles F. Satterfield was convicted of two separate felony offenses of possession of child pornography. See Tex. Penal Code § 43.26. Appellant waived his right to a jury trial and entered pleas of guilty to the charged offenses. The trial court conducted a punishment hearing, sentenced appellant to four years' imprisonment for each offense, and ordered that the sentences run concurrently. On appeal...
