Appellee Isabelle Lesay, the ex-wife of Michel Salomon, had obtained a lien against the Salomons' property for unpaid child support in a separate proceeding. Lesay foreclosed on the lien, and appellee Khalaf S. Khalaf purchased the property at a public auction...
