The State prosecuted a consolidated trial against Michael Lee Alberts, Sr., wherein he was charged with multiple offenses involving two children, D.G. and K.R. This appeal pertains to a jury finding of guilty of two counts of indecency by contact with D.G., a child, and one count of indecency by exposure to D.G. Punishment was assessed by the jury at five years' imprisonment for each of the counts of indecency by contact...
