This case arises out of a dispute over title to a vehicle following settlement of a claim for theft of the vehicle. After reporting that his vehicle had been stolen, Michael Ysasaga initiated an action against his insurer Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company ("Nationwide") in Dallas County, Texas (the "Insurance Case").
