[¶ 1.] Defendant was retried on two counts of first degree rape and three counts of criminal pedophilia for sexual crimes against his daughter and her four friends after his 1999 conviction was overturned on habeas review. Defendant was found guilty by a jury and sentenced by the trial court to 125 years in the state penitentiary.
