The defendant, Ronald Barkmeyer, appeals from a Superior Court order denying his motion to reduce his sentence under Rule 35 of the Superior Court Rules of Criminal Procedure. As grounds for his appeal, the defendant argues that the trial justice erred by (1) concluding that the defendant's rehabilitative efforts and conduct in prison were "irrelevant" and (2) "faulting" the defendant for not "admitting guilt...
