Appellant, Trayvon Joseph ("Joseph"), appeals from the judgment of sentence entered on November 30, 2010, following his convictions for persons not to possess, use, manufacture, control, sell, or transfer firearms, 18 Pa.C.S.A. § 6105(c)(2), and firearms not to be carried without a license, 18 Pa.C.S.A. § 6106(a)(1). For the reasons that follow, we conclude that the trial court erred in denying Joseph's motion to suppress evidence...
