Timothy Freeman petitions for review of an order of the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole (Board) that recalculated his maximum sentence date. Freeman asserts the Board failed to properly credit his original state sentence with the time he served from the date of his arrest on a new federal charge until the time of sentencing on that charge.
