¶ 1 Appellant, Ryan A. McBride, appeals from the judgment of sentence entered following revocation of his probation. We remand for further proceedings.

¶ 2 On September 23, 2003, Appellant pled guilty to possession with the intent to deliver, and the trial court sentenced him to five (5) years probation. On that same date, the trial court sentenced Appellant to eighteen (18) months...
