In this criminal appeal, defendant, who was homeless at the time, had been sleeping in front of the elevator to a private building, blocking employees' access to businesses located in the building. A Eugene Police Officer cited defendant for criminal trespass in the second degree, a violation of Eugene Code (EC) 4.807.
