Plaintiff's employment with the Oregon Employment Department was terminated after she refused the department's request that she submit to an independent medical examination (IME). After her termination, she initiated this action, alleging that the department had violated Oregon disability discrimination statutes and intentionally inflicted emotional distress on her.
