¶ 1 On December 3, 1997, we approved the attorney's voluntary resignation from the Bar Association pending disciplinary proceedings arising from his misappropriation of approximately $50,000.00 in fees belonging to his employer law firm. In July of 2000, Mumina was indicted on twenty counts relating to his actions as trustee of a bankruptcy estate.
