{¶ 1} Defendant-Appellant, Levi A. Slaughter, appeals from his conviction and sentence following a jury trial in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio. Slaughter was convicted on one count of felony murder with the predicate offense of felonious assault, one count of discharging a firearm on or near a prohibited premises, one count of having weapons while under disability, and two firearm specifications....
