This cause was filed as a claimed appeal of right. Upon review of appellant's jurisdictional statement, it is evident that the appeal arises from a decision of the court of appeals denying appellant leave to proceed pursuant to R.C. 2323.52(F)(2). Pursuant to R.C. 2323.52(G), no appeal shall lie from a decision that denies leave to institute or continue legal proceedings in a court of appeals.
