{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Eric Long appeals from his convictions, following a jury trial. In July 2009, the Hamilton County Grand Jury returned a 13-count indictment charging the then 17-year-old Eric Long with offenses arising out of three separate incidents that had occurred over a three-week span in and near Lincoln Heights.
