{¶1} The instant appeal is predicated upon a final judgment of the Lake County Court of Common Pleas. Following a jury trial in the underlying criminal case, appellant, Todd B. Cumberledge, was found guilty of two serious felony offenses pertaining to the production of methamphetamine.
