{¶1} Defendant-Appellant, Gregory Hopkins, appeals the June 22, 2011 judgment of the Mahoning County Court No. 4, convicting him of a marked lane violation and fining him accordingly, following a no contest plea. Hopkins asserts that the trial court erred by overruling his motion to dismiss on speedy trial grounds. Upon review, Hopkins' argument is meritless.
