{¶ 1} This matter is before the Court on the Notice of Appeal of Kristine J. Ward, filed November 4, 2011. On July 8, 2008, Ward was purportedly involved in a pedestrian accident with a vehicle driven by Bilen Mandefro. On August 2, 2011, following trial, a jury unanimously concluded that Mandefro failed to yield the right of way and was negligent in executing a turn.
