OPINION

FROELICH, J.

{¶ 1} Breezy Bail Bonds, Inc. appeals from the trial court's denial of its motion to remit a forfeited bail bond. For the following reasons, the trial court's judgment will be reversed, and the matter remanded for a hearing on the motion, if necessary, and for evaluation of the motion using the relevant factors.
