{¶1} Defendant-appellant, Gregory M. Smith ("defendant"), appeals from his convictions for disorderly conduct and violating a criminal temporary protection order. For the reasons set forth below, we conclude that defendant was denied a fair trial because of the admission of prejudicial other-acts evidence and cumulative error.
