DONOVAN, J.

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant James D. Breneman appeals his conviction and sentence for one count of possession of crack cocaine (more than five grams but less than ten grams), in violation of R.C. 2925.11(A)(C)(4)(c), a felony of the third degree. Breneman filed a timely notice of appeal with this Court on June 28, 2010.
