{¶ 1} Appellant Michael Hurst was indicted for 24 offenses, consisting of tampering with evidence, intimidation, and multiple counts of illegal use of a minor in a nudity-oriented material or performance. A jury convicted Appellant of all counts except intimidation. The trial court sentenced Appellant to an aggregate prison term of 26.5 years, running some of the counts concurrent to one another...
