{¶1} Appellant David L. Jefferson appeals his convictions and assigns the following errors for our review:

I. The trial court erred in denying appellant's motion for acquittal as to the charges when the state failed to present sufficient evidence against appellant. II. Appellant's convictions are against the manifest weight of the evidence.
