{¶ 1} Jerran K. Knowlton (hereinafter "Knowlton") appeals the judgment of the Marietta Municipal Court. After a jury trial, Knowlton was convicted of (1) operating a motor vehicle while impaired, (2) failure to control, and (3) failure to stop after an accident involving the property of others.
