DECISION AND JUDGMENT

SINGER, J.

{¶ 1} Appellants Michael and Melissa Tinney appeal from a judgment of the Huron County Court of Common Pleas, where, after a bench trial, the trial court entered judgment in their favor in the amount of $3,410.00. Because we conclude that appellants were not fully compensated for the trespass and damage to their property, we reverse, in part, and affirm, in part.
