JOURNAL ENTRY AND OPINION

LARRY A. JONES, SR., P.J.

{¶1} Defendant-appellant, Rebecca Titus, appeals the trial court's judgment granting plaintiffs-appellees, William and Joyce Cole's, motion for a new trial. We affirm.

I. Procedural History and Facts

{¶2} The Coles initiated this action in June 2010, as a result of a February 2009 motor vehicle accident they were involved in with Titus.
