{¶1} The state of Ohio appeals the decision of the trial court to grant Hill's motion in limine precluding the introduction of any evidence demonstrating Hill's 2003 conviction for felonious assault. For the following reasons, the trial court's decision is reversed, and the case is remanded for further proceedings.
