{¶1} On December 14, 2011, appellant Troy Snider ("Snider") was found guilty after a bench trial of one count of domestic violence, a first-degree misdemeanor. The Court sentenced him, in part, to 180 days in jail with 150 days suspended, with requirements to complete alcohol and domestic violence counseling.
