{¶ 1} This appeal is from the May 9, 2011 judgment of the Ottawa County Court of Common Pleas, which granted summary judgment to appellee, Bass Haven West, Inc., and dismissed the complaint of appellant, Patrick Castro, Sr. Upon consideration of the assignments of error, we affirm the decision of the lower court.
