OPINION

FROELICH, J.

{¶ 1} Craig Robinson appeals from a judgment of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, which affirmed the resolution of the Ohio State Board of Education to suspend Robinson's teaching license for one year, with all but 60 days suspended, to be served in the summer months. For the following reasons, the trial court's judgment will be affirmed.
