{¶1} Defendant-appellant, Leticia Cruz ("Cruz"), appeals her sentence. Finding merit to the appeal, we vacate her sentence in part and remand for a resentencing hearing.
{¶2} In November 2010, Cruz was charged in a 19-count indictment. Counts 1-6 charged her with drug trafficking. Counts 7-12 charged her with drug possession. Counts 13-18 charged her with deception...
