{¶ 1} This is an appeal from a Chillicothe Municipal Court judgment that granted the motion to suppress evidence filed by Scott Miller, defendant below and appellee herein.

{¶ 2} The State of Ohio, plaintiff below and appellant herein, assigns the following error for review:
