{¶ 1} Appellants, Kuntry Haven Construction, LLC ("Kuntry Haven") and its principal owner, Jestin Shank ("Shank"), appeal the judgments of the Wood County Court of Common Pleas which deny appellants' motion to amend their answer instanter, and award summary judgment to appellee, Palmer Brothers Concrete, Inc.
