DONOVAN, J.

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Gary Lee Pullen appeals his conviction and sentence for one count of possession of crack cocaine (less than one gram), in violation of R.C. 2925.11(A), a felony of the fifth degree. Pullen filed a timely notice of appeal with this Court on April 26, 2011.
