OPINION

DONOVAN, J.

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Terry L. Current appeals from the decision of the Champagin County Court of Common Pleas, denying his motion to withdraw his guilty pleas. No hearing was conducted on said motion, and the trial court issued its written decision denying the motion on Sep. 16, 2010. Current filed a timely notice of appeal of the trial court's decision on Oct. 18, 2010.
