INTRODUCTION

{¶1} Antoine Pickett pleaded guilty to multiple charges, but the trial court failed to properly impose post-release control. Before he completed his prison sentence, the trial court held a resentencing hearing to correct the error. The trial court resentenced Mr. Pickett to the mandatory five-year term of post-release control required by law. Mr. Pickett did not appeal...
