{¶1} On September 12, 2011, appellant Reginald Blair ("Blair") was found guilty after trial by jury of one count of assault, a first degree misdemeanor. The Court sentenced him to 180 days in the Stark County Jail, with all but 60 days suspended on the condition of his good behavior for two years and imposed a $100 fine plus court costs.
