{¶1} Defendant-Appellant, Lloyd Williams, appeals the decision of the Jefferson County Court of Common Pleas, convicting him of felonious assault and sentencing him accordingly. Williams argues that his conviction was against the manifest weight of the evidence, and that the trial court erred in failing to instruct the jury on the lesser included offense of assault.
