{¶1} Defendant-Appellant, Christopher Lacey, appeals the decision of the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas convicting him of felonious assault with a firearm specification and sentencing him accordingly. Lacey asserts four errors: First, the trial court admitted "other acts" evidence, and because counsel failed to object to this evidence or to file a pretrial motion in limine barring it, was ineffective.
