{¶ 1} On May 18, 2011, the Muskingum County Grand jury indicted appellant, Harry Krouskoupf, III, on one count of aggravated robbery in violation of R.C. 2911.01 and one count of theft in violation of R.C. 2913.02. On July 27, 2011, appellant pled guilty to an amended count of robbery in violation of R.C. 2911.02, a felony of the second degree.
