INTRODUCTION

{¶ 1} Tyran Davis shot Steven Myers at least ten times, killing him. A jury acquitted Mr. Davis of murder, but convicted him of felony murder and felonious assault with a firearem specification. The trial court sentenced him to eighteen years to life in prison. He has appealed. This Court affirms his convictions because he was not entitled to a voluntary manslaughter jury...
