Banks, appeals from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas finding him guilty, pursuant to jury verdict, of one count of carrying a concealed weapon, in violation of R.C. 2923.12, and one count of improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle, in violation of R.C. 2923.16, both felonies of the fourth degree.
