{¶ 1} Plaintiff-Appellant, William Kergan, appeals the February 28, 2011 judgment of the Youngstown Municipal Court convicting him of one count of domestic violence. Kergan contends his conviction is against the sufficiency and weight of the evidence. Any rational trier of fact could have found the essential elements of the crime proven beyond a reasonable doubt, even based upon the limited record before this court...
