{¶ 1} Appellant, Harry L. Henderson, appeals his conviction in the Portage County Court of Common Pleas for improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle. Appellant claims the trial court should have granted his motion to dismiss the indictment. At issue is whether R.C. 2923.16(B) violates appellant's right to bear arms embodied in the Ohio and United States Constitutions. For the reasons that follow...
