{¶ 1} In this consolidated appeal, defendant-appellant, Electronic Classroom of Tomorrow ("ECOT"), appeals various rulings by the trial court and the jury's award for monetary damages in favor of plaintiff-appellee, Supportive Solutions Training Academy, L.L.C.
