{¶ 1} Plaintiff-Appellant Countywide Petroleum Company ("CWP") appeals the decision of the Stark County Court of Common Pleas, which granted judgment against Defendant-Appellee El-Ghazal Gasoline Service, LLC ("EGS") in a dispute over payment for approximately $82,000.00 of gasoline delivered to a service station operated by EGS.
