GRADY, P.J.

{¶ 1} Defendant, Jack Anderson, entered pleas of guilty to two counts of non-support of his dependents in violation of R.C. 2919.21(B), which are felonies of the fourth degree. The trial court sentenced Defendant to five years of community control sanctions, including requirements that Defendant make regular child support payments and pay restitution on the accrued arrearage, attend the Seek Work Opportunities Program...
